The early cancellation fee is a maximum of $250 or 25% of the remaining contract balance, whichever is less, as outlined in the terms and conditions of your membership agreement.

You can also transfer the remaining balance of your membership to a new member and avoid paying the remainder of your contract or the cancellation fee. The transfer fee is outlined on your contract.

OUTSIDE YOUR SET TERM

To cancel your membership when you are outside your set term contract you must provide 14 days’ notice in writing to terminate your contract.
